Central Parking System Announces Management Changes

Dale Hathcock Appointed Vice President - Business Development and Daniel Lassiter to Rejoin Company as Chicago, General Manager
Central Parking System, Inc., the nations largest parking company, announced the appointment of Dale Hathcock to the position of Vice President - Business Development, from the position of Regional Manager - Chicago, effective immediately. In his new role, Mr. Hathcock will work with the Companys two other senior level business development executives, Jerry Skillett (Los Angeles) and Todd Nevill (Atlanta), on a national basis to oversee all of Central Parkings business development activities and work closely with senior management on the development, implementation, and monitoring of new business strategies. His focus will be to increase market share in the cities in which the Company currently operates, as well as pursuing national account relationships with key owners and managers of real estate. Mr. Hathcock will be totally dedicated to the Business Development Department and will report directly to Jerry Skillett.

Mr. Hathcock, based in Chicago, has been in the parking industry with CPS Parking since 1994. After graduating from The University of Alabama with a bachelor of science in finance, and after being Honorably Discharged from the United States Marine Corps, he accepted a Project Managers position with CPS in Birmingham, Alabama. After successful city and regional management assignments in Columbus OH, St. Louis MO, San Francisco, CA, and Chicago IL, Mr. Hathcock has gained experience in all phases of the parking industry. His marketing and management experience also includes new location planning, acquisition and set-up, asset management, employee recruitment, training and retention, and customer/guest services. Over the past four years in the Regional Managers role, Dale has been highly instrumental in growing the Upper Midwestern Region for the Company.

Central Parking also announced that Daniel Lassiter has rejoined the Company and has been appointed to the position of General Manager of its Chicago, IL operations. Daniel will be responsible for creating new and effective methods to increase market share and revenue while ensuring a first-class parking management operating organization in the Chicago marketplace. He will also be spearheading projects to develop the most efficient operational practices, while achieving higher standards of customer and tenant satisfaction and retention.

Daniel Lassiter has over twenty-three years of experience in hospitality and parking management. He joined Central Parking in 1995 as the Operations Manager in Nashville, TN. He was promoted to General Manager of Louisville, KY where he spent four years increasing Central Parkings market share and profitability. From Louisville he held the position of General Manager in Columbus, OH, Birmingham, AL, and Charlotte, NC. During his tenure, he has overseen and managed every segment of our business, including airports, both on- and off-street municipalities, universities, hotel valets, hospitals, and special event venues. He received his bachelor of science in business management from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He left Central Parking in 2008 but continued to work in the parking industry in the mid-Atlantic area until his recent return to the Company. Central Parking does business in the Chicago marketplace as CPS Parking.
