Changes relating to Management Board
Effective as of this month, Mr Hansjoachim Oehmen (55) has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Höft & Wessel AG. Mr Oehmen has extensive experience in management of conglomerates operating on an international scale and in successful development and internationalisation of business operations.
Mr Peter Claussen (42) has been appointed Deputy Chairman of Höft & Wessel AG, likewise with effect as of today. Mr Claussen has already been successfully engaged in the company for 10 years, 8 of which as a member of the Management Board.
At the request of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Werner Andexser had extended his tenure on the Management Board for a transitional period until a suitable successor could be found. He has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Management effective as of today and has retired from the Company. We thank Dr. Andexser for his successful work for many years and wish him all the best for the future.
