Civil Parking Enforcement: - a RECIPE for success

Called Project RECIPE (Realising Excellence in Civil Parking Enforcement), Kelvin Reynolds, Director of Technical Services will lead the project with the help of a Steering Group of BPA Council Members who will help decide on the best approach to support our members - both LAs and service providers - at this important phase in the development of parking enforcement in England.

The Main Menu is:

- Working with DfT on the production of Operational Guidance
- Producing a CEO Handbook
- Publishing a Consumers Guide for Parking
- Developing Codes of Practice to support Operational Guidance
- Publishing a Range of FAQs on the BPA website

Additionally we know there are many groups of parking managers and other practitioners around the country who are already developing implementation plans and best practice guides: we want to know about these and help with sharing the knowledge and experience.
