Combining Operational Experience and Innovation

The European Parking Association will launch "Operational Experience" sessions at its conference from 23 to 25 September in Vienna, Austria.
Ing. James Toal, manager of APCOA Parking Austria GmbH says:
"5,400 APCOA group sites in 18 European countries make for considerable operational experience. Many different market segments among them On- and Off-Street Parking, Park & Ride and Bus Parking require many different operational systems. This leads to many different synergies for our companies in different countries. Nevertheless - and this also applies to international businesses the advantage of such a practice-oriented event as the EPA Congress is obvious:

The "Operational Experience" session topics include the development of new customer mobility and demand trends (e.g. systems for payment through mobile phones); adaptations to statutory provisions regarding idle traffic (e.g. parking fees and city centre economy); new trends in respect of customer loyalty and customer-oriented management; insights concerning optimised maintenance and servicing management; the latest developments of handling technology; and current methods for further profit improvement.

We have made preliminary reservations for a number of rooms at the traditional "Intercontinental Vienna" congress hotel Take a chance at this opportunity and book your room at a special rate quoting EPA as code! No surcharge for accompanying persons 2 persons per double room at single-room rate!

Take this unique chance to meet old and get to know new colleagues, and maybe to make new friends among them. Make the 14th EPA Congress in Vienna from 23 to 25 September 2009 a pleasant entry in your schedule!
