In France:

Three new contracts in Paris:

VINCI Park obtained three contracts in Paris, for the concession together with work of heavy restoration of the car parks Magenta (812 places) lasted of 15 years and Champerret-Yser (1.550 places) lasted of 20 years, just as the leasing of the Concorde park (980 places) for two years .

Acquisition In Lille:

VINCI Park acquired the freehold of the carpark of the Tanners in Lille. This park of 473 places, located at the center of the city, reinforces the clean inheritance held by the group.

Internationally:

Management contract for the parking at the city of Ath in Belgium:

A few months after the city of Malignant (2.900 places), the city of Ath has just entrusted VINCI Park the complete management of its parking on the roadway system (1.600 places). The contract includes the supply, maintence and ticket collection, as the application of the fines and their covering, in conformity with the new Belgian legal provisions relating to the "depenalisation" of the infringements as regards paying parking on roadway system. This contract, first of this type obtained by VINCI Park in Wallonia (B), was acquired thanks to the significant references of the group in Great Britain in this field.

Development in Central Europe:

VINCI Park acquired a participation of 50 % in the Citypark company, based in Vienna in Austria. From recent creation, this company, which manages already 1.200 places, comes to supplement the presence of VINCI Park in Austria made up even to present two carparks in concession. This acquisition also makes it possible for VINCI Park to consolidate its position in Central and Eastern Europe, area in which the group intends to continue its development firstly.

New contracts in Canada:

The University of Quebec in Montreal, entrusted to Gestipark, subsidiary of VINCI Park, the management of a carpark of 2.400 places, for a three years duration. Already present at Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa, Gestipark also has just gained the first success in Toronto by obtaining a management contract for 3 years of a car park in work of approximately 400 places located under an office building.

VINCI Park with the service of the hospital sector:

VINCI Park, which manages already 22.000 places in car parks related to the establishments of care, develops an original offer towards the integral hospital sector by the adaptation of the equipment and the specific training of the personnel.
It's within this framework that VINCI Park obtained two new contracts for the exploitation of private clinics car parks in Rheims (460 places) and Metz (290 places).
