CPC Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.015 Per Share

The quarterly cash dividend will have a record date of June 30, 2005 and will be distributed to shareholders on July 14, 2005. Central Parking Corporation has approximately 36 million shares of common stock outstanding.
