CreditCall nominated for British Parking Award

CreditCall is proud to have been nominated for an award for the 'Best Back-Office Team', in the prestigious British Parking Awards due to take place soon at the Dorchester Hotel in London.

The nomination, made by City Parking (Glasgow) LLP, the company contracted to manage parking on behalf of Glasgow City Council, was after their experience of working with CreditCall on a complex project to add card payment to Pay-on-Foot car parks.

"CreditCall proposed a fast-track plan, which met the requirements of the Councils network security specialists and within just two weeks had software fully developed and tested. They sent technical representatives to Glasgow to install the additional hardware and work with City Parking to end-to-end test the system.

One of the things that impressed us about CreditCall was that in spite of the Councils additional network security issues being identified after the contract was agreed, the additional costs were totally contained within the original contract, with the prime focus being on getting the overall system working for the benefit of all parties."

City Parking's Operations Manager, Wayne Myrden commented, Equipping the Citys major car parks for card payment has been a complex project with several parties involved. CreditCall were approachable and quick to respond - they engineered a reliable solution that is meeting our needs perfectly.

Given the extraordinary level of commitment and customer service provided by Credit Call during this complex installation, I have no hesitation in nominating them for this prestigious award and would recommend them as worthy recipients to your panel of judges."
