Crystal Park Residential is Awarded Best Development 2010

Winners of International Property Awards 2010 were announced in London on September 24th.

St Sophia Homes entered the award with Crystal Park Premium class residential in the category Best Development.

Following the results of International Property Awards 2010 Crystal Park was awarded "Highly Commended Best Development".

This is not the first St Sophia Homes victory in such a prestigious international event. In 2009 Riviera Riverside was granted Best International Marina Development and became World No 1.

International Property Awards 2010 is a prestigious world award in the field of real estate, which annually takes place in London. Panel of professional jury acknowledges the best achievements in the commercial and residential real estate.

This year judges included Ben Wood, industry head property markets of Google UK; Hendrik Nelde, president of FIABCI Belgium and Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine.
