CTR Systems' announces the sale of certain assets of CTR Systems Kronos Time & Attendance Division.
CTR Systems Time and Attendance, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of CTR Holdings, Inc., has sold certain assets of its Kronos Time and Attendance division
The sale of these assets will make way for an increased focus in a new time and attendance and payroll human resource market as well as existing parking revenue and access control markets. Under the terms of the contract, CTR will still continue to sell time and attendance and payroll human resource solutions to small businesses market with less than 250 employees. CTR will also continue to focus on its rapidly growing parking revenue control business and access control division on a national level.
Dru Duffy, President of CTR Systems commented the sale of these assets coupled with the most recent award of the Ft. Lauderdale Airport Contract of approximately 5 million dollars as well all as the City of State College, Philadelphia Parking Authority, and Ft. Meyers Airport, position us very well for continued growth on both the national and local level. Our strengths are in the healthcare, retail, manufacturing, municipality and airport industries".
