CVPS and Automated Valet are pleased to announce that we have settled our litigation
CVPS and Automated Valet have settled their litigation and agreed to continue competing in the valet parking industry. The Settlement Agreement includes cross-licenses which will allow both entities to work in a cooperative manner designed to best service the market.
After an examination of each others' technology, we have come to the conclusion that each company holds a unique view of how to service the market and its customers. While we compete in the same market niche, we believe that our products and management styles present unique solutions to the valet parking community.
