deister appointed new AVI division manager

deister electronic has appointed Pekka Uusi-Autti as division manager for automated vehicle identification (AVI).

Pekka Uusi-Autti has expertise for more than 6 years in the RFID-access control market. He is now prepared to take over a new challange , says Axel Jeschke Sales and Marketing Manage of Deister Electronic GMBH. With 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, Pekka is an excellent reinforcement to our management team, continues Mr. Jeschke.

I am really excited for this new opportunity especially knowing the organisation and excellent products it can offer to this market. UHF- technology is booming and we are forerunners. In addition, our assortment is constantly developing and growing , states Mr. Uusi-Autti.

Past 2 years Pekka Uusi-Autti has been sales manager for deister Nordic. Prior to that, Mr. Uusi-Auttis positions includes Business Unit and Marketing Manager at Idesco Oy, Area Manager at Newtest Oy and Sales Manager at Nike. Pekka Uusi-Autti has an MSc in accounting and marketing from university of Lapland in Finland.
deister electronic GmbH will exhibit in two AVI events in upcoming weeks; Intertraffic Istanbul 2009 and Parken Wiesbaden 2009.
