Dennis Burns to present at California Downtown Association Conference

Mr. Burns has over 25 years of parking operations, management, and consulting experience and has lead national research and analysis efforts in the areas of parking system organizational development, parking as an economic development strategy, and parking system strategic planning. He is on the Board of Advisors at the
International Parking Institute, the International Downtown Associations Board of Directors, and has been a member of the National Parking Associations Parking Consultants Council.

Mr. Burns presentation at the CDA Conference is entitled: Parking Technology Revolution: Parking Technology Planning, Management Strategies & New Technologies.

Established as a forum to address issues unique to business associations in California, the CDA is committed to legislative advocacy for statewide improvement programs and the long-term preservation and prosperity of business districts throughout the state. The 2009 Conference will be held in September at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach in Ventura, California.
