Integration of Designa's Solution at Explanada Puebla

We are delighted to announce that we had the opportunity to install our parking management at Explanada Puebla.

Puebla is a very advanced city, being the first one to be considered a smart city in Mexico.

After just over two years of construction, Explanada Puebla, a shopping center owned by the Mexican developer Gicsa, has opened its doors. Located in the city of Cholula, this complex came to life on August 30, 2018. Explanada Puebla operates under the Malltertainment concept, which combines a diverse range of shopping options with unparalleled entertainment and recreational spaces.

Spanning an impressive 88,722 square meters of Gross Leasable area, Explanada Puebla is dedicated to entertainment, marking a significant shift in the evolution of shopping centers. It offers an array of attractions, including a hot air balloon, an amusement park, an auditorium, go-kart tracks, Funtopia, and much more. Under the Malltertainment® category, GICSA has transformed the conventional shopping center into the symbolic heart of Cholula, making it a center for extraordinary experiences through its five pillars: iconic architecture, entertainment, inclusivity, brand experiences, and technological innovation.

This commercial complex not only benefits the local population but also draws in visitors from across the region and around the world.

Due to the high number of visitors the shopping mall attracts, efficient parking management is important.

Therefore, we are glad we can contribute our technology to this shopping mall. Among our contributions is the installation of a comprehensive parking system featuring six entrance and six exit lanes, complemented by 12 automatic pay stations. This system ensures reliable and efficient parking management, aligning perfectly with Explanada Puebla's commitment to providing top-notch amenities and services to its visitors.
