MTH and iLogs information logistics GmbH form strategic alliance

The Management Trust Holding AG, Vienna and the iLogs information logistics GmbH have today announced the successful conclusion of their strategic alliance.
With effect from 20 July 2010, MTH has taken over the Business Process Management division of iLogs GmbH, thereby expanding its Access Control business area which already encompasses the companies DESIGNA Verkehrsleittechnik GmbH in Kiel and Axess AG in Salzburg. Both companies will benefit in future from the know-how of the highly qualified staff, innovative methods and flexible technology of the software specialists from Vienna.

iLogs GmbH can call on more than ten years' experience in the field of web-based planning and development of innovative business process solutions, and has already successfully supported numerous leading companies in the implementation and optimisation of business processes. With this takeover, MTH is opening up the possibility for its subsidiary, DESIGNA one of the world's leading producers of software-controlled systems for parking management of successfully expanding into new markets in the field of intermobilty.

Having specialised in the past on the pure parking event, DESIGNA today employs the latest technologies, cross-networking and unusual marketing ideas to offer car park owners smooth and cost-effective operation of car parks. Dr. Thomas Waibel, MTH board member and at the same time managing director of DESIGNA, explains: "There is a great deal of unexploited potential in the efficient operation and marketing of multi-storey car parks. Together with iLogs, we now have the chance to enable operators to tap this potential." According to Waibel, DESIGNA with the support of iLogs will therefore focus more intensively on the integration of Internet-based applications and customer loyalty systems such as pre-booking, city networking and CityCards while observing the latest data security regulations.
