Desman Associates contracted by the City of Champaign
The City Council of Champaign, IL, has hired Desman Associates, a Chicago architectural and engineering firm, to design a downtown parking deck.
Desman will be paid a fee of up to $400,000, plus $100,000 in reimbursable expenses, to design a 500-space parking deck, which would be owned and operated by the city.
