Digital Payment Technologies Corp. Announces Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer

Andrew brings many years of experience in corporate finance as regional head of investment banking at CIBC Wood Gundy, followed by several years in finance, mergers and acquisitions with The Loewen Group, one of North America’s fastest growing consolidators. For the last six years Andrew has been involved in consulting, advising, managing and investing in small to medium sized British Columbia companies.

"Andrew will significantly add to the executive, financial and operational management skills in the Company," said Ron Barnes who is retiring from the post of Chief Executive Officer, but will remain Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Digital Payment.
