Disclosure of shareholding

Due to the carried out fusion
- of the Müller-Möhl Holding AG into the Hyos Invest Holding AG, as well as
- of the Triton Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG and Inpaco AG into the AB Eno River Holding AG
the following changes result.

The new Group members are:

2. AB Eno River Holding AG, c/o Juris Treuhand AG, Alpenstrasse 2, 6304 Zug
3. Tower Equity Invest N.V., De Ruyterkade 62, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

All societies are to 100% in the property of the inheriting community Dr. Ernst Müller-Möhl, Zurich.

Since the message from 22 December 2003 no compulsorily notifiable change of the entire participation height occurred.
