European expansion continues for ts.com
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the Dutch national airport, has begun using ts.com’s online pre-booking service, ticketingsolutions. The airport, which welcomes over 40 million passengers each year, is offering online pre-booking for its long stay car park via its website www.schiphol.nl. This is the latest European airport to work with ts.com following its announcement last year of its plan to provide services outside of the UK.
Using ticketingsolutions the airport is offering two long-term booking packages online, each of which is separately branded to enhance consumer recognition.
Passengers and airport visitors can save between €25.- and €35.- by booking online.

Consumers also have the choice of purchasing in either Dutch or English, with the system intelligently determining which to display based on the language selected on the main website.
David Nannini, Product Manager Travel Services at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, said, “We are constantly looking for new ways to enhance our customers’ experience of our airport. ticketingsolutions provides them with a fast and convenient way to book their parking and helps to make their airport journeys easier. We are confident that alongside an enhanced service we will also see the benefits of operating a more streamlined car parking operation.“
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has 7 other car parks for visitors and passengers, including Schiphol Valet Parking.
