Faac acquires Clemsa

Historical Spanish company operating in the automation
and pedestrian and vehicle access control sector.
FAAC has completed the acquisition of CLEMSA, a leading Spanish company based in Madrid, manufacturer of access control automated systems and customised electronic control equipment such as radio transmitters, receivers and control boards.

"This takeover is in line with our strategy for international growth based on a nationwide network in the main markets and the acquisition of complementary technological and manufacturing skills.
