Fast Park in Qatar
It seems to be a FAST PARK facility exactly like many others which have been installed all over Europe, but it is not.

Because of the peculiar climate conditions, the largest part of the civil works has been carried out overnight. A team established and trained to work overnight, available 24h, has allowed to achieve the installation one week before the contractual completion date.
Also the procurement of raw materials locally was not easy but the Company could face it with a rapid intervention on site. Materials available on the local market are not always complying with EU Quality Standards and the different weather conditions brought the Technical Direction to program in advance a solution of site logistics certainly more difficult but easy to integrate in the construction methods of FAST PARK. The result: the traditional use of a waterproofing membrane on the upper deck and a conventional system of road markings and signs have been replaced to raise the commercial standards of technologic innovation and cost optimization. The upper deck is completely finished with polyurethane resin and concrete. A colour difference between grey and green zones has been used to make a distinction among parking bays and driveways and more aesthetic appearance grants to the parking a not negligible capacity to blend in with the environment and more visibility to the users.
Technology innovation also includes some new adjustment devices to offer better manoeuvrability. It seems to be a temporary parking similar to some other ones, but its not.
