Global Intertraffic

By organising an Intertraffic exhibition in North America, the Amsterdam RAI adds an important new location to its portfolio. In addition to the ‘mother exhibition' in Amsterdam, this leading trade fair in the field of design, management and maintenance of traffic and transport infrastructure also has editions in Mexico, Turkey and Thailand.

The two century-old organisations have come together to fill an unmet need in the US marketplace, bringing together into one event all aspects of intelligent transportation systems, parking, traffic safety, control, management and much more besides.

Partnership

“We are extremely pleased to expand the Intertraffic concept to North America - the world’s largest market for transportation and traffic management technologies and products,” says Amsterdam RAI CEO Hans Bakker. “We are excited to work with the American Road and Transportation Builders Association, which is recognised around the world as the voice of the US transportation construction industry.”

Organisation

In general terms, Amsterdam RAI will be responsible for the organisation and overseeing of the Intertraffic North America exhibition. ARTBA will take care of the conference and sponsorships.
