Five Star Parking Taps Conrad Midolo to Serve as Los Angeles General Manager

Five Star Parking, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, today
announced its hire of parking industry veteran Conrad Midolo to serve
as the Los Angeles General Manager for Five Star Parking.

Mr. Midolo began his career as a training manager for the Los
Angeles International Airport parking operation. Most recently he
served as the District Manager for Parking Concepts Incorporated, where
he managed complex parking operations for over 27 years. 

Conrad is a consummate parking professional and his extensive
experience in  the parking industry will make him a valuable resource
to Five Star Parkings future growth in the Los Angeles market, and we
are excited to welcome him to our family, said Chief Executive Officer
David Damus.

Mr. Midolos proactive management style was quickly recognized and led
to early success in his career.  As a District Manager, he was
entrusted with some of the most prominent accounts and clients. Mr.
Midolo has since acquired extensive experience managing a wide variety
of operations for both private entities and municipalities. He has been
a leader whose focus has been on operational excellence, and he has
consistently generated measurable increases in parking revenues,
reduced expenses and enhanced customer service in every operation under
his direction.

Mr. Midolo is an active member in various professional and community
service organizations including BOMA, IREM, Central City Association
and the National Parking Association.
