GREEN Center is celebrating 25 years

Already for 25 years, Green Center has been focused on the development, production and sale of automatic road barriers and parking systems. You can see the Green Center parking terminals, barriers and automatic pay stations at numerous places ranging from shopping centres over hospitals to industrial areas. The company is the Czech market leader, has a subsidiary in Poland and exports its products to 30 countries of the world.

The company Green Center was founded in the year 1992 and, at the beginning, it distributed cash register systems and parking systems of other producers. Long time experience and knowledge of parking requirements lead to a successful effort to create own solutions.

In the year 1997, the company launched to the market its own parking system. This system satisfied the quality requirements put on a parking system and, at the same time, it represented an affordable solution. Since then, the company has built the development centre of new technologies and a production area. The headquarters is situated in Prague where there is the company management and the business department. The company has more than 50 employees.

Today, Green Center offers comprehensive solutions both for large and small projects. The latest version of the Variant parking system as well as a more affordable solution represented by the Economy parking system, suitable for simpler projects, are supplemented with the occupancy indication system, the camera system designed for the number plate reading or, for example, electric car charging stations.

Innovative software allows effective administration of car parks and also the interconnection with applications for mobile payments, reservations, etc. Green Center sees the future mainly in the software development and in solutions based on smart technologies. The company is also planning to strengthen its export and focus on new regions.
