The handheld has a built-in wireless network card so you are always live, always real-time. And tickets can be printed to a belt printer using Infrared technology so there are no wires at all.

Fast: Use the handheld POS to collect as much information about the customer and their vehicle as you want. And then print out a complete multi-part ticket.
Faster: Pre-print ZipTickets. Then as customers arrive, scan a ZipTicket and enter the customer information.
Fastest: Print ZipTickets on demand as customers arrive, then enter customer and vehicle information into the system later.

Cashiering Customers

Simply scan the barcode on the customer's ticket with the built-in scanner. zControl instantly calculates the fee due and displays it on the handheld for you and the customer.

With a tap of the screen, you can apply validations. Or take a detailed look at how the fee was calculated: the time of entry and exit, the applied rate schedule and validations, and, if the customer has an account, whether any part of their stay was outside their time zone.

Then use the handheld to record a cash payment or swipe a credit card with the snap-on magnetic stripe reader. You choose whether to authorize the transaction in real-time, reducing the risk of fraud, or at the end of the day to save time.

And if the customer pays by credit card, they can sign for the charge right on the handheld. You keep a secure electronic record of their approval signature.
