Haskell creates new division to handle its parking work

Global parking solutions provided by a single-source provider? You might call it one company’s parking manifesto. The nation’s premier, integrated design-build firm, The Haskell Company, recently opened its Parking Solutions Division to provide comprehensive parking solutions to its clients, and ultimately, end-users: drivers.
“We’re experts at providing parking solutions; period,” the division’s business development director Mike Martindill said. “Be it parking decks, free standing or integral with a building, Haskell will design and build each beyond a client’s expectations.”

In addition, Haskell provides financing and leaseback alternatives to help its clients deal with their parking needs “even if the clients believe they don’t have the resources,” Don Kartzmark, director of the division, said.

Of course, Martindill said his message of parking solutions dominance could be met with skepticism, but he has years of facts to back his claims. In fact, looking back at the 40-year old company’s history, Martindill said one would quickly see why he asserts Haskell’s “superior parking abilities.”

Haskell designed and built its first parking garage in 1986 and since then has completed 23 other projects, totaling 26,000 spaces and a quarter of a billion dollars in value.

James Reed, the division’s director of project development, said Haskell is currently working on four parking facility projects.
