Impark acquired assets of Metro Parking Ltd. and Urban Autopark Ltd.

Originally founded in 1951, Metro Parking Ltd. has expanded its operations to fifty-nine management and lease locations. This portfolio, of over eleven thousand parking stalls, serves a wide scope of customers and clients throughout Vancouver, British Columbia.
Urban Autopark Ltd., established in 2002, is comprised of twenty-four management and lease operations with four thousand, five hundred parking stalls in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
