Impark appoints new IT Director, Milan Zivkovic

Milan possesses over 12 years of IT industry experience, most recently as the IT Director and CTO at the Vancouver International Airport Authority. During his tenure at the airport, Milan was responsible for the strategy, planning, development and deployment of technology solutions in various roles. With a 50 person team, he formulated a client service strategy for the airport user community, built a strategic alliance with a telecommunications provider and developed Service Level Agreements with the various business partners to direct the maintenance, support and quality of the business applications. Prior to the airport, Milan worked at Intersystems USA in Denver as a Project Manager, providing technical solutions to increase workflow and revenue and provided technical expertise to the sales team.

At Impark, Milan will be responsible for management of the IT department, the continuing deployment of the IT Strategic Plan, and overseeing the IT support needed to deliver Impark's 2010 Strategic Plan major initiatives.
