Impark Expands Chicago Parking Operations

Impark announced it has been selected to operate the parking facilities serving the prestigious River East Center in Chicago, IL.
Located in the Streeterville neighborhood, the River East Center complex features a glass skyscraper comprising 620 condominium units at the eastern side of the property and the 18-story Embassy Suites Hotel at the west. River East is also home to the largest cinema in the City of Chicago, an AMC Theater with 21 screens.

Impark commenced the contract to manage the parking facilities and hotel valet services on February 1, 2009. The Center features heated parking for 1,250 vehicles in an underground garage serving building residents, hotel guests, and visitors to the complex.

Delivering exceptional service while being good stewards of our parking asset were important considerations in our evaluation process. Their dedication to customer service through technology and innovation clearly set them above the competition.

Mike McKeon, Imparks Vice President, Central U.S. commented Impark is extremely proud to have been selected as the parking operator at such a prestigious Chicago landmark complex, We look forward to working with the great team at Intercontinental Management Corporation in realizing their parking goals for River East.
