IMPERIAL PARKING NAMES ANDERSON VICE CHAIRMAN AND CEO; WALLNER APPOINTED PRESIDENT AND COO

Anderson has held senior executive positions with other major parking companies over the past 21 years. Wallner, formerly senior vice president and chief operating officer for Impark, joined the Company in 1998.

Bryan has played a central role in the implementation of Impark's growth initiatives, and he has been a highly effective leader within our organization by helping individuals build their own skills and enhancing client relationships."

Anderson and Wallner will be members of the Company's newly formed Office of the Chairman, which also includes J. Bruce Newsome, senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and Todd Croll, vice president and general counsel. The Office of the Chairman will focus on formulating and implementing Impark's long-range strategy.
