Innovating Parking in the Center of Santiago

The Parking Seat of Arms is an engineer installation that does not have intermediate pillars, which allows to generate plants free of 15 meters wide and 110 meters in length creating therefore an open and pleasant space facilitating any maneuver to park.

Another one of the main new features of this new parking is the mode of payment automated with automatic tellers, which allows to offer to a safe and efficient service the 24 hours of the day. To this one adds a modern system of monitoring with cameras of last generation in all the levels and a control room monitoreada by personnel described allowing the systematic control from the accesses to the enclosure.

In addition, simple, but so useful ideas have been implemented at the time of the imponderable ones:

- Toolboxes in case of failures;
- Safe-deposit boxes to deposit value objects;
- Wheelchairs
- drink Machines
- Washing of car.

The clients will be with pleasant surprises: if they are of birthday, that day the use of the parking will be free. Bicycles will be facilitated so that our users, after leaving to their vehicle with absolute tranquillity and comfort, move and admire in two wheels the attractiveness of the center. The days of rain, will count on umbrella.

When inaugurating the Parking Seat of Arms, VINCI Park starts up its room project of this type in Chile, adding itself to the Parking of Av. Santa Rosa and Paseo Bulnes in the commune of Santiago and the one of Bellavista Seat in Valparaiso.
