Integrated Parking Solutions, Inc. Appoints Richard J. Malcolm V.P. Chief Technology Officer
Integrated Parking Solutions, Inc. the leader in the design, development and implementation of wireless parking technology, announced today the appointment of Richard J. Malcolm as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Malcolm was a Fellow of Technical Staff with Motorola, Inc. for the past four years working with the Disruptive Technology group in the Cellular Network Infrastructure business. Prior to that assignment he was a Principal Staff Engineer for five years focused on Wireless Local Loop business.
William P. Dugan, CEO and Chairman said, The addition of Mr. Malcolm will add a new dimension to our product deployment of our wireless parking systems. He will also lead our efforts to work with Motorolas Canopy(TM wireless, MOTOMESH(TM) and HotZone Duo Wireless Broadband Networks that are a part of the MOTO wi4 Ready Application program. For a young company to have a person of Mr. Malcolms accomplishment and stature is unique.
Mr. Malcolm earned a Bachelor Arts degree in Strategic Technology Assessment from DePaul University, Chicago. In addition to various professional development experiences, including the Motorola Business Development Institute, he holds four US patents and two European patents.
