Integrated Parking Solutions, Inc. Appoints Robert J. Fleck Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Fleck worked for Allied Products Corporation, a Chicago based manufacturer of various industrial products, from 1974 to 2004. From 1985 to 2004 he was Vice President Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. During his tenure with Allied Products, revenues ranged from $140 million to $475 million. In addition to supervising their multi-divisional accounting staff, he was directly responsible for preparing and filing of reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

William P. Dugan, CEO and Chairman said, Mr. Fleck has been working with us for the past 6 months converting our accounting system to one that complies with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principals). I have been very impressed with his professionalism and leadership in this large assignment. He will play a very important role with our company as we deploy our wireless parking technology nationwide. We currently interface with cities, such as, New York City and large companies like Motorola. Mr. Flecks experience will be invaluable in coordinating our business activity with our clients, partners and suppliers.

Mr. Fleck earned a B.S. Degree in Accounting and started his career with Deloitte & Touche in Chicago. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. He is a resident of Lisle, Illinois.
