International Development & Environmental Holdings Changes Business Model

Company Enters the Professional Parking & Real Estate Management and Car, Van and Truck Leasing Sectors
International Development & Environmental Holdings, an emerging leader in professional real estate & parking management and car, van and truck leasing, today announced that the Company has entered these sectors to fully exploit the growing need for "space" in the New York Metropolitan market and to take full advantage of industry consolidation.

IBISWorld estimates 2009 industry revenue at $7.53 billion with 16,991 million establishments countrywide and employing 124,175. In their market report, IBISWorld stated, "Demand for parking services in the business and leisure segments is forecast to rise and contribute to industry growth." Additionally, with employment rates slowly increasing, the demand for professional parking will continue to increase.

International Development presently merged one of its locations, Heights Management 63 LLC into the public entity. Following audits, the Company expects all assets of 2009 Venture Group LLC to be merged into the public company.

"We enter this industry at a critical juncture, where we contend, the advantages we bring to the market concerning economies of scale, allowing an exit strategy for existing owners, and industry consolidation, will welcome a host of acquisition candidates," stated Scott Lieberman, CEO.

"We are poised to fulfill our strategic objectives of sustained growth in our present holdings and acquisitions that will enable us to become one of the strongest market rivals," Lieberman concluded.
