IT firm takes off following major deal with Peel Airports

Peel Airports appointed Inventive IT to help them develop a new pre-book and pricing system when its current solution was proving problematic for customers, and as a result, the respective airports where loosing online business to competitors. The airport group, which was taken over by Vancouver Airport Services in June 2010, wanted to be able to offer a clean, simple, effective booking journey to its customers, and allow it to be more creative with pricing and promotions. The Altitude pre-booking system went live at the airports on the 18th March.

The system gives the airport control of distribution and yield through multiple channels and delivers a platform that can really open up direct distribution through 3rd party affiliates and consolidators.
