Zurich Embrace the digital world with Passbook and PassWallet from Inventive

After just over a month offering Passbook and PassWallet digital car park passes to their customer, Zurich Airport has reported significant take up with over a 1/3^rd of customers activating the pass on their mobile phones.

Daniel Baumann, Zurich Airports’ Parking Yield Manager said, “We are very pleased with the initial results and expect the number of users to increase as customers realise the ease and simplicity of scanning their pass upon entering the car park.   No more bits of paper to print and carry around.  Inventive got us up and running really quickly and made the whole process clear and simple. We hope to take this a step further using membership types and loyalty programs. The benefit of different airports using it, will help us too.”
