James Hakam Dib joins Walker

Continuing its global expansion, Walker Parking Consultants is pleased to announce that James Hakam Dib, P.E. has joined Walker as a Principal and will be the Director of our MENA Region (Middle East and North Africa).
Hakam is a graduate of the University of Illinois - Chicago and has spent the last 24 years in transportation engineering and engineering consulting roles. Originally from Palestine, he has been living in Dubai, UAE since 1999, and in 2000, established the Wilbur Smith Associates Middle East office in Dubai and eventually opened additional offices in Saudi Arabia, Al Ain, Yemen, Jordan and Lebanon. He was responsible for marketing throughout the Middle East and for overall management of WSAs Middle East Region. Most recently, Hakam held a similar position with MVA Consultancy in Dubai.
