Jean-Paul Ansel appointed CEO of BemroseBooth
Specialist and secure print services company BemroseBooth has today announced the appointment of Jean-Paul Ansel as CEO. He will take operational control of the business in the coming weeks, following the current transitionary period.
In recent months, BemroseBooth has been re-structured into six customer-centric business units, each designed to more closely address the needs of customers and so provide them with value-added solutions. The six business units are: Promotional Products, Secure Mail, Secure Logistics, Creative Services, Ticketing and Telecoms.
Jean-Pauls remit is to embed the structure firmly into the culture of the business at the same time as continually improving efficiency and streamlining operations.
Speaking about his plans for the business, Jean-Paul said: BemroseBooth is a good company, with valuable unique positions in a number of areas. But as everyone knows, the market and broader economy is extremely challenging; nothing can be taken for granted.
We have the right strategy in place; we have re-structured the organisation into flexible business units and are streamlining our operations. If we maintain this tight focus, enabling well directed innovation and targeted marketing, I believe we will sustain our position, meeting the needs of our customers and improving our profitability. We will emerge from the economic downturn a strong business with a good platform for growth.
Jean-Paul Ansels career history includes more than 15 years as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and HSBC, amongst others. Since 2002 he has re-structured and developed a number of European companies in a variety of market sectors. Today he is also AIAC Groups representative on the board of Cubigel Compressors SA, one of the leading commercial compressor companies in the world.
