Jim Zullo Joins TimHaahs to Lead New Jersey Office

Prior to joining TimHaahs, Jim was Senior Director of Real Estate and Economic Development for NJ TRANSIT, the nations third largest transit agency. In this capacity he oversaw the management of the agencys real estate assets, including the management of commuter parking, station and retail leasing, property acquisition and sales, transit advertising, and the development of transit properties for mixeduse, transit oriented development.

Prior to NJ TRANSIT, Jim served as Vice President of the New Brunswick Development Corporation, a non-profit real estate corporation responsible for the Citys economic resurgence. There, he managed several redevelopment projects, as well as serving as Executive Director of the Citys Business Improvement District.

Previous to Devco (New Brunswick Development Corporation), Jim was senior project manager for Lockheed Martin IMS, where he served as project director for the privatization of the City of Raleighs Parking Services Division and directed the companys marketing of photo enforcement services in New Jersey.

Jim has also served as Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority, a quasi-public agency responsible for the operation, management and development of the citys parking system and facilities.
