A Different Approach to Parking

carlwalker logo.pngAs one of the most experienced parking consultants in the industry, Carl Walker, Inc. has created innovative, flexible and cost-effective solutions for parking projects throughout the country since 1983. However, instead of planning parking systems and facilities around the vehicles that use them, we take a different approach: Parking for People.

Ultimately, people determine the success of a parking system. Whether it's parking in a downtown environment, at a sporting event, or in a mixed-use, multi-story development, the people who park there will remember the experience. The quality of that experience is becoming increasingly important, and Carl Walker has the expertise to optimize that experience for the users, the owners and the community.

We're industry leaders in parking consulting, new parking structure design, restoration engineering and management consulting for a reason: We focus on Parking for People.
