KeyTop celebrates their 9th Anniversary

Founded in 2006: Focussing on parking guidance systems ever since

KeyTop company outing to Bai Shui Yang

In early July, Keytop celebrated their 9th anniversary by taking all of their employees on a company outing to Bai Shui Yang, a beautiful tourist site located in Ning De. During this trip, everyone enjoyed a relaxing weekend, together happily with their families. It’s through these kind of activities that the relationship and team spirit among different departments are strengthened.

Keytop was founded in 2006 in Xiamen with a team of just ten employees. Yet the general manager Along Sun strongly believed that parking was a potential and promising field for his team to enter. He noticed that in China more and more families were purchasing their own cars and the number of vehicles on the roads is rapidly rising. People are enjoying the convenience brought by driving their own cars to work or for personal travel, however they have trouble in finding a parking space for their beloved four-wheeler, especially in big cities. Intelligent parking solutions will surely be a win-win profitable investment for both car park operators and customers.

In 2012, Keytop released its second generation forward mounting sensor, which integrates the LED indicator and ultrasonic sensor into one unit. Through this combination, installation is simplified, material costs are reduced and fewer labour fees need to be paid. All of these small improvements makes the contractors of projects more competitive in parking guidance technology and prices.

In 2009 Keytop put forward the vehicle tracking system with analogue camera, this new solution can not only lead people to empty parking space but also help them find cars easily by inputting car registration numbers.

To better meet customer requirements, Keytop has devoted a lot of time and energy in updating the system with an IP camera and successfully released the latest “find your car solution” in 2014. An IP camera is a camera with a green/red/blue light to show empty/occupied/handicapped status and is clearly visible to drivers. Meanwhile car park owners can monitor all parking spaces using advanced software to check parking time, occupancy rates, and reserve parking spaces for VIP users, etc.

3 systems in 1

With an IP camera and ANPR software, this system has three functions: parking guidance + car location + CCTV security. It can also support upgrades from function 1 to function 3 according to project budgets and requirements, so people also call it "3 systems in 1".
