KSW Microtec Wins Supplier Excellence Award

Texas Instruments decorated KSW with this prize for its dedication and commitment in supplying high quality products and services to TI as well as its customers. KSW is one of 15 companies out of 14,000 suppliers and the only manufacturer of RFID components to receive this award. The award recognizes KSW's professional skills in meeting TI's definition of supplier excellence in order to improve standards and quantify their high expectations. Key considerations include innovation and technological know-how, product differentiation, high quality and competitive pricing, as well as an understanding of critical market requirements and the value of long term customer relationships and communication.

The SEA award has particular relevance to KSW's work for card issuers in the financial sector following the implementation of KSW's credit card inlay for the transparent American Express card. In the financial sector, KSW's contactless credit card inlays in sheet format provide the same quality and performance as the company's inlays for reel-to-sheet manufacturing, already proven by more than 20 million contactless credit cards in the US market alone.
