LAZ Acquires Apex Parking System in Houston, Texas
LAZ Parking has acquired Apex Parking System, a parking company with 31 surface and garage parking locations throughout Houston, Texas.
This acquisition will add 3,665 spaces to LAZs nationwide portfolio of 360,000 spaces, and will bring the total count to more than 14,280 currently under management in Texas.
Apex Parking has operated since 2003. Most of its employees are expected to remain with LAZ Parking, thus providing a seamless transition for customers and clients. As with most LAZ locations, the appearance of many facilities will be enhanced through better signage, landscaping and layout improvements, as well as expanded customer amenity programs.
