LAZ Parking creates new region in Texas
LAZ Parking, Ltd. LLC is pleased to announce that Steve Gresh has been promoted to the newly created position of Regional Vice President for the South Texas Region, encompassing Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
LAZ Parking prides itself on creating opportunities for the advancement of our employees and with the establishment of this new region, LAZ will be opening its tenth regional office nationwide, with operations in 19 states and 90 cities, stated Alan Lazowski, Chairman and CEO of LAZ Parking.
In his new role, Steve will be responsible for business development, revenue growth, administration of leased, managed and owned parking facilities, as well as enhancement of parking relations with a variety of parking facilities stakeholders.
The past few years have seen tremendous growth for our company throughout the country, but especially in Texas. Given the opportunities that we foresee in this region, we believe that by splitting Texas into a Northern and a Southern Region we will be better able to continue our expansion, and provide our clients with the type of service they have come to expect from LAZ, said Michael Kuziak, Chief Operating Officer. With Steves promotion to Regional Vice President we are able to leverage our recent successes in Texas, and Steve is a perfect fit for our growth strategy.
Mr. Gresh has been in the parking industry over 10 years, during which time he has managed several high profile locations including stadiums, office buildings, hotel valet locations and entertainment venues. He has extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of parking management, and most recently served as General Manager of the Connecticut Region for LAZ Parking.
