It is exciting when a new client comes on board at Chauntry, and our latest project simply has our team buzzing with activity.

With approximately 400,000 parking spaces in 164 cities, Empark Aparcamientos y Servicios S.A (Empark) is beyond doubt the leading parking services operator in Spain and Portugal, and one of Europes largest.

Leading the industry with Smart Solutions for Smart Living, Empark embraces parking challenges with a passion and enthusiasm to deliver tailor-made quality solutions for its clients.

Emparks clients comprise many municipalities and institutions and include strategically important travel hubs such as ports, ferry terminals, train stations and airports. At present, the group is responsible for 54 car parks at airports, including AENA owned Airports such as Madrid-Barajas and Barcelona in Spain, ANA Airports in Portugal such as Lisbon, Oporto and Faro, and the BAA Airports of Edinburgh and Stansted (London) in the UK.

Using the Chauntry ParkspaceTM solution, Empark will offer consumers the ability to book their parking spaces online and via Smartphone applications, all fully integrated with local car park management systems. In addition to providing pre-booking, the ParkspaceTM solution provides a complete management system for controlling availability, rates, and products, whilst helping the car parks to efficiently and effectively manage the cars whilst on-site.

A key factor in the project is Chauntrys ability to deliver the ParkspaceTM solution via the Software as a Service model using Chauntrys established secure Cloud platform. This allows connection of car parks located across Europe to a scalable infrastructure capable of handling a great volume of bookings, reliably and without the need to invest in infrastructure to support this.

Another significant benefit of the Chauntry Parkspace solution is that it allows fully branded booking pages, in multiple languages and using local currencies, securely and with 100% PCI Compliance.
