London Midland gives permits to electric vehicles

The free permits are issued to cars that are registered electric with the DVLA. The train company is also offering 50% discount on permits to vehicles that emit no more than 120g of carbon dioxide every kilometre (120g/km). It has also introduced a cheaper weekend rate, while people using a London Midland scratchcard make a 10% saving on parking.
