Magnetic Autocontrol Group Review of 2008 and outlook for 2009

The 2008 business year exceeded even our optimistic expectations and forecasts, and I am proud of the way every individual employee in our globally active company has performed, reports Thomas Braunwalder, CEO of Magnetic Autocontrol Group.
Magnetic Autocontrol Group_Thomas_Braunwalder.jpgWe achieved our targeted results completely, and we were again able to post significant increases in both revenue and profits. The systematic restructuring and expansion of the pedestrian and vehicle access control business areas is progressing on schedule. New customers have been gained and we have been entrusted with strategically important projects. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal customers, business partners and employees for their trust, support and commitment.

Thomas Braunwalder concludes with a confident outlook, In 2009 we will continue on our course unchanged, despite adverse market conditions, and will further intensify our pursuit of quality and innovation. At the end of January or beginning of February we are launching our new super slim MPS retractable barrier, a smart solution for controlling the access of pedestrians and vehicles. At the same time we are starting to introduce the MPH product group, a range of pedestrian barriers with horizontal panels and many options. At the heart of all our new products is our specially developed and unrivalled MHTM motor.
