McGann acquires assets of Eidam’s Parking and Access Control Corporation

This acquisition brings together one of the strongest service companies in the Northeast with the national leader in parking information systems, to provide the best in equipment, software and technical support.

McGann will operate with the same knowledgeable staff with over 100 years of combined experience and will continue to serve the customer needs in the Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont markets to help make this a seamless transition. McGann will fulfill existing Eidams service agreements and warranties that pertain to this acquisition.

McGann Massachusetts’s operation will continue to sell and service Amano parking equipment, McGann Software products, and many other products installed by Eidams throughout the Northeast. McGann Associates Inc. is Amano’s largest parking equipment distributor and software partner in the U.S.
