MEI and Coges teaming up in Germany
MEI and Coges have announced that they will be partnering in Germany.
The collaboration will provide operators with the most powerful combination of Cash Handling and Cashless solutions expertise in the market. The partnership is in response to increased interest from operators in adding a cashless option to their vending proposition. The combination of MEI as the global leader in coin and banknote solutions and Coges as the market leaders in card and key based payment makes a compelling solution.
With this agreement MEI becomes official partner in Germany for the new Iridium, Titanium and Platinum cashless systems with an option to extend the arrangement to the UK.
Richard Gibson, MEIs European Marketing Director explained the background to the relationship, MEI And Coges are both market leaders in our fields and it seems obvious that by combining our expertise we are able to significantly improve the value we can offer our customers.
The sentiment was echoed by Matteo Bazzaro Commercial Director who commented, Working together will be a a new experience for both Coges and MEI. We are confident that the agreement will be beneficial to both parties and our customers.
Initially the agreement is limited to Cashless products in Germany, but success may lead to further joint initiatives.

The new Iridium, Titanium and Platinum products from Coges will compliment the already established CashFlow 7000 series and EC6000 from MEI. As well as offering operators the advantage of sourcing and support from one supplier, the two companies will be working together to ensure that the combination delivers additional benefits. Audit for example will be consistent across both product ranges, allowing operators complete control of both sales and cash in the machine.
