Melinda Helton Joins Carl Walker, Inc.

Melinda is located in the Tempe, Arizona office and will be involved in a variety of parking consulting assignments for clients throughout the country. Initially, her primary
focus will be University Parking and Transportation Master Plans.

Ms. Helton has ten years of comprehensive parking industry experience. She comes to Carl Walker from Arizona State University, where she was the Assistant Director for Parking and Transit Services. During her seven years with the university, she assisted with planning and organizing the work activities of the extensive university parking operations with a space inventory of 20,000+ vehicles. Previous to joining ASU, Ms. Helton served as City Area Manager in Phoenix for Ace Parking
Management, Inc, a company that manages parking operations throughout the western United States.

Ms. Helton is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor degree in business administration. She is a member of the International Parking Institute and a member (and former President) of the Southwest Parking Association.
