Mercaldi Promoted to CTO of Duncan Solutions

During her tenure, Margaret has focused on supporting the key business applications, processes, and interfaces that serve as the foundation for Duncans parking ticket processing and collections business.    
 
In her new and expanded role as CTO, Margaret is directly responsible for companywide Information Technology which includes application development, software support, IT infrastructure, communications and security.
